Our transitional housing program provides apartment living arrangements and support services for women and their children coming out of residential treatment who are continuing in intensive outpatient treatment. Our apartments are fully furnished; include utilities and telephone service. A full time case manager provides such services as; helping develop a plan for obtaining permanent housing, coordinating adult education classes (including GED), developing basic skills for obtaining employment such as individual presentation and resume writing. The caseworker also provides transportation for treatment and visiting potential permanent housing. |
