Women's Program
Director
This position
reports to the Clinical Director and supervises six Primary
Clinicians, one Operation Manager, one Case Manager. The
Program Director manages the chemical dependency treatment
and prevention programs which include: Residential, Family
Drug Court, and Perinatal.
Minimum qualifications: LICDC, LCDCIII, (CCDCIII-E), PCC,
RN, LISW or equivalent qualifications to supervise ODADAS
licensed clinical personnel and one year supervision
experience.
The Program Director has the responsibilities to plan,
develop, implement policies/procedures and direct day to day
operation of the program consistent with ODADAS Standards
and Sojourner Mission, Vision, Beliefs and Standards of
Care. Salary commensurate w/ experience.
Chemical Dependency Counseling; Primary
Clinician
Requirements: CDCA, LCDC, LSW, LPN, RN,
PC, or equivalent
The individual in this position will be
providing holistic, research based chemical dependency
treatment to our clients. They will act as a role
model while providing individual and group counseling
sessions. We are seeking Clinicians who recognize they are
accountable to the client for his/her treatment experience.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Position supervised: None
Minimum qualifications: High School graduate or
equivalent. Written and verbal communication skills.
Current First Aid/CPR certification. Within 90 days of
date of hire, score 90% or better on Sojourner MISSION,
VISION, BELIEFS.
Summary of position: Supervise
residential clients activities, be observant of client
behavior change, act as non-clinical resource for
clients, and manage the physical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, secure, structured
milieu through respectful and consistent enforcement of
the established Agency policies, procedures, and
residential house rules.
- Supervise client chores,
co-ordinate recreation, assist with meals, monitor
client medication, administer urines, process intakes,
conduct security verifications, and perform other such
tasks as designated.
- Act as non-clinical resource for
clients, as example; provide crisis intervention, be an
active listener to client, answer non-clinical questions
for client.
- Maintain appropriate written
documentation and written and/or verbal reports on
client activity and behavior.
- Perform any required facilities
maintenance and/or report issue to Operations Manager.
- Perform administrative office
tasks, as example: client chart reviews, answering
phones, greeting guests, copying, and filing.
- Transport clients to offsite
meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
